Construct Media has produced imagery for EPR since 2005: more than thirty projects, from the Curragh competition win through Bexley, Peruvian Wharf and Great John Street Hotel to Martineau Place this year. You know the work and you know how we run a job: to the programme, through every round of changes, until the scheme is signed off.
The studio now does one thing: imagery for planning. Verified views and AVRs, TVIA imagery, and the CGIs that carry a pre-application or a design and access statement. Most of our work is in heritage and conservation settings, where views are read most closely and the quality of the image shapes how a scheme is judged. We run the photography, survey and modelling ourselves, so the viewpoints are right first time and the images stand up when they are questioned.
Views work best when they are commissioned early, before the viewpoints are fixed by someone else's photography. If you have a scheme heading for pre-app or submission in the next twelve months, we would like to be the studio you call. Send us the site and the stage, and we will come back with viewpoints, a programme and a price.
